Chelsea star Set For £26m Summer Swoop

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas will leave the Stamford Bridge for £26 million next summer according to report.

The former Barcelona star has been linked with a move away from Chelsea due to his reduced role under Antonio Conte this season which has sparked suggestions he might leave the club with reports of interest from Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan.

The impressive form of midfield partnership of N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic has seen Fabregas fallen down the pecking order at the Bridge, starting only five games in the current campaign.

The 29-year-old midfielder was rumored to be eyeing a January move which was blocked by Antonio Conte as the Blues continued their serious challenge on the Premier League title.

Reports in Fichajes suggests that Serie A clubs are preparing a summer move for the former Arsenal skipper with a £26 million fee set to be discussed.

Fabregas, renowned for his passing skills has proved his quality for the Blues on few occasions this season but has been dropped in favor of Matic who offers more physical presence than the Spaniard.

Antonio Conte has identified a number of midfield targets to reinforce his side next summer transfer window as he looks to add a more physical midfielder to the current squad.
