Chelsea Official: This Is What The Boys Are Saying About Conte

According to Chelsea’s legend Paulo Ferreira, Chelsea current manager Antonio Conte has successfully created a positive environment at the club after the former Juventus manager did a good job in transforming the club.

Russian billionaire and club owner Roman Abramovich appointed Antonio Conte last summer after an unpleasant season that saw them ending up in the tenth position in the Premier League.

However, the former Italy head coach has successfully transformed the west London club and is on the way to landing two trophies in his first campaign at the club.

The club remains firm favourites to win the premier league title this season as they are still dominating the league table with a seven-point lead at the top over second placed Tottenham Hotspur. They are also set to meet the White Hart Lane outfit in the FA Cup semi-finals.

And now, Ferreira, who works with Chelsea’s loan department, states to us what the players at Chelsea think of the Italian boss, insisting the boys loves Conte.

Paulo compares the reaction on the bench currently with when Jose was there, and stated that everything is quite different, and that Conte has created a positive environment at the club.

He also added that the Italian manager is more involved and passionate, a man who can’t just sit on the bench for long but would, if given the opportunity, jump on the pitch and play.
