Allegri speaks on interest for United job

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has reacted to claims that he is interested in the job at English Premier League side Manchester United.

There has been a vacant position at the Old Trafford following the sack of Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho with the Juventus boss and Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino being linked.

Although, the Red Devils have appointed former player Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the interim coach but they seek for a permanent and high clash manager who will take charge of the club from next season.

Therefore Juventus boss was reported to be interested in the job, a claim he has now denied as untrue and a figment of imagination by the writer.

According to him, he still has a year and more at Turin which makes speculations of his future untrue as he hopes to see out his contract with the Italian champions.

Allegri made it clear that he is happy at Juventus and that they are doing good things at the club which will make it impossible for him to move away.

He, therefore, dismissed claims that his side are faced with crisis, noting that he was able to finish first in the Champions League group stage which would have been impossible if the reports were true.
