Arsenal star declared more valuable than Chelsea star

Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi has been named to be more valuable than Chelsea star, Victor Moses.

In the ranking of Nigerian players on their transfer values as published by CIES Observatory, Iwobi now reigns ahead of Chelsea’s Moses.

Iwobi is now valued at €38.3, an increase of €4 million in the last three months.

This is after the Hale End Academy product signed a new long-term deal with an improved offer till the end of the 2021-2022 season.

For Moses, he has failed to make any mark this season as he has been relegated to the bench without any start so far in the season.

He was initially valued at €45.1 but is now worth €30.4 million.

Leicester City star Wilfred Ndidi remains Nigeria’s most valuable player at €62.3 million but was worth €68.3 the month the 2018 World Cup ended.

The 21-year-old central midfielder is contracted to the Foxes until June 2024.

Iwobi has been favoured in the Unai Emery team and has seen a number games so far in the season.

He has been praised by the former PSG manager as having the quality to meet up with the level needed in the team.

His exploit in the Nigerian senior national team, making it to the World Cup but failing to make any mark.
