Drogba makes big United Champions League title win

Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has stated that Man United can go all the way to win the Champions League this season with the resurgence of the team under manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

According to him, the Red Devils are in a similar situation with Chelsea in the 2011-12 season when Di Matteo replaced Ander Villas-Boas and led the team to win the Champions League that season.

Drogba who was part of the team and noted that the United team could just pose the same surprise and do the magic to win the Champions League if they are able to go past Barcelona.

He noted that the Red Devils were able to show a different spirit and will against French Ligue 1 outfit PSG in the quarter-finals as he hailed manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for doing a good job at the Old Trafford, noting that he knows the job and knows the club which is vital for his success in the competition.

It would be recalled that the Red Devils lost 2-0 to PSG in the first leg of the round of 16 at the Old Trafford and proceeded to qualify to the next round by securing a 3-1 win at Paris and that could be repeated against the Spanish side.
