Gary Neville hints at showdown with fans, United board over Solskjaer

Man United legend has hinted that he will fall out with his former side should they decide to have interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sacked at the end of the season.

The former Red Devils forwards started on a good note with wins across all competition but that is no more for him as he has suffered three defeats so far this season.

The Red Devils interim boss was defeated in the Champions League against Paris Saint Germain, PSG. Later he led his team to the Emirates Stadium and they were defeated by the North London outfit before the FAC Cup exit and defeat against Wolves.

The latest defeat means the Red Devils now have the Champions League as the title to battle for while the contest for the top-four finish is still on.

However, Gary Neville has stated that he will be on ground to defend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer if the club decides to sack him or when the fans come for his head.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils owners are yet to make any claim on who to bring in as a permanent manager or if Ole Gunnar Solskjar would be retained but everything is expected to be known at the end of the season.
