UEFA Nations League: How Spain Plan England’s Fall

England will be travelling to Spain today (Monday) with the majority of their Premier League players for the return leg of the UEFA Nations League.

Luis Enrique will hope to keep his pride by not losing at home hence, he is expected to field his strongest team against their English visitors.

Familiar to English Team, David de Gea favours a start ahead of new Chelsea recruit Kepa Arrizabalaga in the goal post.

Also, Chelsea duo, Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta should get the nod in the full-back positions. The latter will take the place in the absence of Dani Carvajal who is injured.

This remains an advantage to the Spanish team knowing the two fullbacks are familiar with the English attack.

Chelsea’s Alvaro Morata would have been a good pick for Enrique but the player’s bad form will keep him on the bench at the beginning of the game while former Liverpool flop Lago Aspas who was interesting to watch in the first leg at Wenbley favours a start instead.

In the midfield, Thiago, Saul Niguez and Rodrigo are expected to start as Spain could have a similar look to the one at Wembley.

The Spanish national team now top the group with 5 points above England and Croatia.
