Mourinho No Longer Interested In Signing Mesut Ozil For Man United

According to reports, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho feels a player like Mesut Ozil cannot take his side to the next level, despite speculations linking the Arsenal player with a move to Old Trafford.

Ozil’s contract at Arsenal will get expired at the end of this season, and there are rumours that the player will be reuniting with Mourinho at Old Trafford after working together at Real Madrid years back.

If the German star failed to sign an extension at the Emirates, it means he will be available for free next summer and will be allowed to begin talks with other clubs when January comes.

And Arsenal rivals Manchester United are thought to be keeping tabs on him already ahead of next year.

However, the Sun are reporting that United’s Portuguese manager Mourinho is no longer convinced that the German star can give him what he needs at Old Trafford.

It was also added that the player is yet to have a club he will move to next summer as he is looking for a side that will pay him a whopping £330,000 each week. Those his representatives have reached out to have reportedly pulled back due to his demands.

The Sun also said there is already a £250,000-a-week offer on the table Arsenal are willing to pay him, and he might be forced to have a change of heart and accept the Arsenal deal.
