£57million rated Target Tells Club He Wants Liverpool Move

RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita has told Liverpool that he wants to move this summer, according to reports.

The Reds have closely monitored the transfer situation of the midfielder, with reports that Jurgen Klopp is keen on adding the Guinean to his ranks as part of his plans to bolster his squad ahead of next season.

Prior reports claim that the German side have rejected a £57 million offer from Liverpool for Keita but the Reds are still adamant on moving for the player and might return for the midfielder in coming days.

Reports in Liverpool Echo claim that the Reds are considering a £65 million offer for the 22-year-old and are confident about landing the midfielder.

The reports also suggest that the midfielder has now told Leipzig he wants to move to Anfield this summer as he wants to play in the Premier League.

Klopp have already broken the club’s transfer record this summer after completing a £39 million move for Mohamed Salah from Roma and there are reports that the Anfield boss is keen on signing Keita even if they will break their transfer record.

Keita has proved his quality for RB Leipzig last season after moving to the Bundesliga side from RB Salzburg, helping them to a comfortable league position on the table.
