Chelsea Star Wants Arsenal Target To Join Chelsea. This Is Why

As the summer transfer window approaches, lots of movements are already being anticipated. And Chelsea star player Kurt Zouma has revealed that he wants a particular player to join him at Chelsea.

The talented player reveals that he want his former teammate Faouzi Ghoulam to join him at Stamford Bridge.

Kurt, in 2014, came to Chelsea from St Etienne after coming through the club’s youth ranks and he now wants to see Napoli star Ghoulam  come join the west London club.

The Chelsea defender, going back the memory lane of his time back at Sainté, told Eurosport that among all the players he have known in the club, the person he would like to come to Chelsea to play with him is Faouzi, as he is part of the family.

The 26-year-old Algerian struck up a relationship with Kurt Zouma when both were still together in France before going their different ways in 2014.

Ghoulam, since coming to Napoli, has been a regular for the Serie A club. The Algeria international played a vital role in helping Napoli stay in the third position currently in the Serie A table.

And as a result of his impressive performances at the back, some clubs have been monitoring him, including North London club Arsenal. Last month, reports indicated that the Emirates outfit are showing interest in him.

News from Italy states that Arsenal are set to send scouts to watch Ghoulam him and his teammate Lorenzo Insigne play.
