Yesterday at France, Monaco to be precise, the pot for teams to play in this season UEFA Champions League was unveiled.

Last season finalists, Liverpool fell in pot C but the Group is quite a difficult one for the Reds.

Apart from Liverpool,  other football clubs in the pot C are French club Paris Saint Germain, Italian club, Napoli and Red Belgrade.

Liverpool, who had managed to make it to the final last season after they were defeated by Real Madrid will find the group stage quite difficult this season.

However, Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp has given his verdict on the match.

The German disclosed he never had any club in mind but he believed since it is the UEFA Champions League, it will be difficult teams.

Klopp fingered PSG and Napoli as the Reds most difficult opponent.

He stressed that PSG is a difficult team especially with a great player like Neymar among others.

On Napoli, Klopp in a statement said even though the Reds defeated the Italian club in the preseason, it will be a difficult game altogether.

The UEFA Champions League for this season is expected to commence mid-September.

Apart from Liverpool, other English clubs that made it to the tournament are Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
