French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have emerged as favourites to sign highly-rated Ajax Amsterdam captain Matthijs De Ligt as per the report from ESPN. Matthijs De Ligt is expected to leave Ajax Amsterdam this summer having led the Dutch Eredivisie giants to their first domestic double in over a decade.
