John Terry urges Chelsea to sign Tottenham target from Aston Villa
It looks as if the Blues and Tottenham Hotspur now have the same focus.
The two clubs have been previously linked to same Crystal Palace winger, Zaha Wilfried and now they are both looking to sign a player from Aston Villa.
The Aston Villa player has been revealed to be Jack Grealish.
Initially, Jack Grealish has been a prime target of Tottenham Hotspur as the club had wanted to sign him in the previous season but the deal didn’t materialize.
The Hotspur have returned to the table once again during this transfer window.
But it looks as if Chelsea may have settled for the contract too and this may make things difficult for Tottenham Hotspur.
Chelsea interest in Jack Grealish was awoken after the club legendary player, John Terry urged the club’s new coach to sign him.
On the other hand, Aston Villa are not ready to let the player leave but may be tempted if one of Chelsea or Tottenham Hotspur table the right amount as the transfer fee.
With few days to the end of the transfer window, it remains uncertain if any of the two clubs will be able to complete the move before August 9.
