Sanchez’s United career could just be starting, legend

Club legend Bryan Robson has stated that this could be the beginning of Manchester United’s career Alexis Sanchez.

Not bothered about the slow and difficult life so far at the Old Trafford, the legend says Sanchez remains a ‘top player’ whose ability is known.

Sanchez joined in January from arch-rivals Arsenal FC, seeing 21 competitive appearances for the club but has scored just three goals.

The Chilean who is known for his superb goals is believed to be living in his shadows and yet to produce his best form in the red shirt.

The 29-year-old ‘s slow start of the season has been attributed to the reason why United failed to make meaningful marks in three of their opening games of the 2018-19 Premier League season.

So far, two games have been lost while two have been won, handing the Jose Mourinho’s men six points and six points behind their title rivals.

However, Ex-Manchester United captain Robson heaped praises on Sanchez, saying he has been impressed by the mental strength of the Chilean who is not disturbed by criticisms.

Robson says he is optimistic that things will soon turn around for the former Arsenal striker and the return from international break could just mean a fresh start in Old Trafford for the player.

Upon their return from the international break, United will be up against Watford at Vicarage Road.
