Inter Milan owner Steve Zhang has revealed that there’s no chance that unsettled striker Mauro Icardi will join Italian rivals Juventus.

Juventus officials have already confirmed their interest in the Argentine national team player.

Sporting director Fabio Paratici in a chat with Radio Rai revealed that they enquired about Mauro Icardi and his admission has understandably drawn the fury of Inter Milan bosses.

Inter Milan owner Zhang in his latest interview monitored by trusted Spanish newspaper AS said that it’s always tempting to do business with a big club like Juventus before adding that the case of Mauro Icardi is a special one and that the player won’t be sold to Juventus.

Italian champions Juventus are one of several clubs keen on a move for the prolific striker who was recently dropped as the Inter Milan skipper amidst his contract standoff with the San Siro giants.

Mauro Icardi made his first team debut for Italian side Sampdoria in 2012 having joined from the famed La Masia (Barcelona) Academy.

The 25-year-old scored 11 goals in 33 league games for Sampdoria before joining Inter Milan after one season.

He has scored 109 league goals for Inter Milan in 179 games since his transfer to Inter Milan in 2013.
