Nice star player Jean Michael Seri has been heavily linked with Manchester United in recent times, and we shouldn’t be too surprised seeing him play at Old Trafford next season.
The red devils have been given a boost from Nice’s president in their attempt to sign the talented midfielder this summer., as the club’s chief had announced that his side won’t hinder Seri from leaving the club this summer.
Seri have been impressive at Nice since he arrived at the club some years back, and he has evolved into one of the best midfielders in the Ligue 1. His impressive performances at Nice has caught the attention of some top European clubs including Jose Mourinho’s.
Mourinho is keen on reinforcing his midfield department this summer and his side has been linked with some talented midfielders like Shakhtar Donetsk’s Fred, Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey, and of course, Seri.
Micheal Carrick has eventually hung his boots, while the likes of Paul Pogba and Marouane Fellaini could leave the club before next season.
However, the red devils have been given the green light to sign Seri before next term. The club’s top chief – Jean-Pierre Rivere – said his side won’t hinder the player from leaving the summer and that they won’t hesitate to sell him anytime he desires a move.
