Inter, Juventus To Fight For 18-year-old Liverpool Target

The Italian Serie A duo of Inter Milan and Juventus will reportedly fight for the right to sign highly-rated Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.

This is according to the publication from Goal which claimed that Inter Milan and Juventus are front-runners for the young Italian midfielder.

Tonali, 18, has been previously linked with a move to Liverpool and the Reds will have to contend with both Inter Milan and Juventus.

AS Roma is another Italian club that has been touted as a possible transfer destination for Tonali who has been likened to Italian football legend Andrea Pirlo.

Brescia president Massimo Tonali revealed the interest of both AS Roma and Liverpool earlier in the season as he disclosed that the potential suitors will have to pay €15m more for the player if his club secures promotion into the Italian Serie A at the end of this season.

According to him, Sandro Tonali is within the €35m bracket but that transfer could be as much as €50m if Brescia gain promotion to the top flight of Italian football.

The aforementioned report revealed that Inter Milan want to sign the player and loan him back to Brescia for next season while Italian champions Juventus want to sign the talented midfielder without the loan clause.
