Good timing? Liverpool midfield star James Milner to be out for one month

Liverpool top midfielder, James Milner suffered a hamstring injury during the EPL game against his former football club, Man City.

Jurgen Klopp gave 32-year-old James Milner a start during the game against Man City, few minutes into the first half, the midfielder suffered a hamstring injury and was immediately rushed out of the pitch.

Guinea international, Naby Keita had to come in as his replacement, in the long run, the match ended in a goalless draw with Man City losing a golden opportunity in the last 5 minutes.

Well, a new update from Anfield has made it known that James Milner will be out for a month and will not return to the squad until November.

Although it is not a nice thing for a key player like James Milner to get injured, the injury, however, came at a period the Reds have nothing to worry about.

This is because the international break is on, which means there is no match for any football club in Europe.

After the international break, Liverpool will play against Huddersfield and Cardiff City in the EPL and then Red Belgrade in the UCL, the Reds are expected to have an easy win over the three teams.

Milner is expected to be back in time for the game against Arsenal in November.
