Here Is The First Player Liverpool Are Likely To Sign Next Summer

According to the Mirror, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have received a strong boost in their attempt to sign RB Leipzig star player Naby Keita who will have a £48M release clause in his contract at the end of this new term.

The Anfield club have been pushing strongly to get the Guinean’s signature, and the midfielder himself have made it known that he desires a move to Liverpool, but his German club refused to sell him.

Liverpool made huge bids for Keita this summer transfer window, but his club were not persuaded and end up shutting the door on any potential move this year.

The Merseyside club are left with no other choice but to give up on trying to convince Leipzig and turn their attentions to other targets before the end of this transfer window.

Nevertheless, Jurgen Klopp’s side are understood to still have the interest to get Naby’s signature and will be coming back for him next summer’s transfer window.

However, it has been projected that a handful of other top European clubs will fight for the African star next year. Liverpool should expect a fight for the player’s signature. And apart from this, Liverpool will need to ensure they finish among the top four on the premier league table to be able to convince the player with Champions League football.
