Arsenal and United handled major transfer blow in pursuit of Rabiot

Two English Premier League outfits Man United and Arsenal have been handed a major blow in their pursuit of French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The two clubs are keen to strengthen their squad ahead of the coming season and have both identified the star player as a good fit.

Arsenal seek to have Wales international Aaron Ramsey replaced as he is already off to Italian Serie A outfit Juventus while Man United are in a rebuilding process as well as making efforts to replace Ander Herrera who is also keen to leave Old Trafford.

Both teams might not have their way in securing the signature of the star midfielder anymore as he has already confirmed talks with Serie A champions Juventus.

It is already confirmed that he would be leaving Paris Saint-Germain this summer after falling out with the club and a lot of clubs have been linked.

Adrien Rabiot has now confirmed his move to Juventus while he was on holiday with his mother, who also acts as his agent, in Italy’s Porto Ercole resort. He admitted that talks are ongoing and hailed the Old Lady as a big team.

This, therefore, means that both the Gunners and the Red Devils will have to turn attention to other targets if they must bring in new faces this summer window.
