No Offers Received For Chelsea Target, Club President Reveals

The president of Italian Serie B outfit Brescia, Massimo Cellino, has revealed that the club has not received any offers for highly-rated midfielder Sandro Tonalli.

Cellino made this known in a recent interview with popular Italian news outlet Tuttosport and went on to say that the club is not in a hurry to sell their prized asset.

Sandro Tonali has been in sensational form for the Italian Serie B and that has earned him an invitation to the national team setup under the guidance of manager Roberto Mancini.

He has been invited to the Italian national team squad despite the fact that he plays his football in the second-tier.

Sandro Tonali came through the Brescia Academy and he has been likened to Italian football legend Andrea Pirlo who’s also a Brescia Academy graduate.

Retired Italian national team midfielder Pirlo attained legendary status in Italian footballer after he played a major part in the squad that won the 2006 FIFA World Cup tournament in Germany via penalties at the expense of finalists France.

Sandro Tonali, 18, has already been linked with Premier League sides like Manchester United and Chelsea due to series of impressive outings in the colours of Brescia in the new season.

20-Year Liverpool Target Talks Up Premier League Move

Borussia Dortmund forward Christian Pulisic has revealed his desire to play in the Premier League amidst transfer rumours over a move away from his German Bundesliga outfit ahead of the upcoming transfer market scheduled to open in six weeks time.

The United States of America international player spoke about his desire to play in the English top flight in a recent interview monitored by trusted media platform Goal.

Christian Pulisic also stated that he tries to look away from various transfer reports linking him with a transfer away from Borussia Dortmund.

The 20-year-old has less than two years on his current contract with Borussia Dortmund and that has thrown his long-term future at the club into serious doubt.

Pulisic has a contract until the end of the 2019/20 season.

He has not been able to feature for Borussia Dortmund like he would have loved this season and that’s partly due to the form of English youngster Jadon Sancho.

The American player has scored once in four starts this season.
In total, he has scored 10 goals in 76 games for his club in all competitions since he broke into the first team in 2016.

Former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has made a shocking revelation about the last days of his stay at the Old Trafford.

According to the MLS club DC United striker, he felt embarrassed as a Red Devil because he was not seeing enough games at the Old Trafford and that was a major reason why he had to move on.

Rooney ‘s Manchester United career ended in the 2016/2017 season where he featured in 39 out of 64 games for his former side.

The 20-year-old became the first player to score five goals in a Bundesliga since Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski achieved the feat two seasons ago in a game against VFL Wolfsburg.

He has also scored three goals in the Europa League to take his overall tally to 12 goals in all competitions.

According to the publication form popular German media outlet Bild, Jovic has a £5.3m buyout clause in the loan contract that took him to Eintracht Frankfurt from Benfica.

Torreira speaks on what he thinks of Ozil before joining Arsenal

New Arsenal midfielder has spoken on what he thinks of German star player Mesut Ozil before joining the Emirates Stadium.

Torreira joined Arsenal from Italian side Sampdoria in the summer transfer window and has since settled to become one of the best the club can boast of as well as becoming the fans’ most loved player at the Emirates.

The Uruguay international said he has been able to settle quick and good at the Emirates Stadium as a result of the relationship he shared with his teammates especially French striker Alexandre Lacazette and German star Mesut Ozil.

In his revelation about the team, he stated that he had viewed the former Real Madrid star Ozil as a special and top player and that to him is an achievement.

He, therefore, thanked his teammates for helping him find good form, adding that Ozil and Lacazette always do well to dictate the tempo of the game which he easily fits into.

Meanwhile, Torreira is happy to have signed for a club as big as Arsenal at the age of 22 and he thinks that is will only go a long way in making him get better in his game.

Arsenal will return from the international break to continue their unbeaten run as they seek to end the season within the first four teams so as to qualify for the Champions League.
