Chelsea star player N’Golo Kante impressed greatly during his side’s 2-1 triumph over his former club Leicester City on Saturday at the King Power Stadium, and his teammate Pedro Rodriguez has heaped lots of praises on the talented player, regarding him as a ‘complete player’.
The Frenchman scored his second goal for Chelsea following Alvaro Morata’s opener as the defending champions got a narrow 2-1 win over Leicester City in the premier league encounter.
Kante keeps shining in the premier league following his move from France and has evolved into one of the best players in the English top flight. He was able to win back-to-back titles with Leicester City and Chelsea and was also named the PFA Player of the Year.
And Pedro, speaking recently about the talented midfielder, admitted he’s a very important player for the team and a very good midfielder.
The Stamford Bridge club have recovered quickly from their opening day defeat against Burnley, winning their last three matches to move up to the third spot of the premier league table, with N’Golo being regarded by many Chelsea fans as the most important player in the Chelsea squad.
The France international didn’t celebrate his goal at the King Power Stadium, claiming he was trying to respect his former club upon his return to his former home.
‘[Kante] is always running and recovering balls [on the pitch] He also scores goals and is a complete player.’ Pedro hailed.
