Star Player Sends Mourinho’s Message To Chelsea Fans

Manchester City star player Kevin De Bruyne is currently one of the best players in the premier league, but he once had frustrating times at Chelsea when Jose Mourinho was still boss at Stamford Bridge.

However, the Belgian star insists he isn’t mad at Mourinho for rejecting him back then at Chelsea. An optimistic De Bruyne believes his unpleasant experience at West London was useful for his development.

Kevin struggled to break into Mourinho’s first-team at Stamford Bridge and was sold to Bundesliga side Wolfsburg in 2014. The talented midfielder eventually found his way into Manchester City, and he has now evolved into one of the best in the world under Spanish tactician Pep Guardiola.

The Belgium international is currently in the category of the most likely players to win the PFA Player of the Year award this term – alongside Mo Salah (who was once an outcast at Chelsea too).

But De Bruyne said he isn’t thinking about what happened in the past and that he is simply benefiting from being in a club where his ability is more suitable.

He said a player needs to find a system that suits them more, and he is simply benefiting from that at Manchester City.
