Chelsea boss Antonio Conte and Belgium international Eden Hazard nominated for monthly Premier League awards….
This is Antonio Conte’s first season at the English premier league and the Italian manager has been just impressive. This season so far, he has won the Premier League’s manager of the month award three times already.
He won back-to-back the manager of the month award for October, November, and December last year.
The former Juventus boss has not won the league’s manager of the month award for the last two months -those were won by Swansea’s boss Paul Clement and Pep Guardiola of Manchester City.
Now, he has got nominated for the month of March – which would make it his fourth if he should win.
Here are the managers nominated for the month of March
- Antonio Conte – manager of Chelsea FC
- Craig Shakespeare – manager of Leicester City.
- Jurgen Klopp – manager of Liverpool FC
- Eddie Howe – manager of Bournemouth
- Mauricio Pochettino – manager of Tottenham Hotspur. And.
- Sam Allardyce – manager of Crystal Palace
Due to the shortened schedule in March, none of the nominated bosses lost a game this month. Chelsea, Leicester City, Crystal Palace, won all their matches.
EDEN HAZARD, GOAL OF THE MONTH
Eden Hazard’s stunning solo run against Arsenal won last month’s goal of the month. This month, another of his goal had been nominated for the award again. The goal this time is his nicely scored counter-attack against West Ham at their London derby.
