There are several reasons for why Arsenal manager Unai Emery must be desperate to have his side come out victorious against Leicester City on Monday.
The Gunners have recorded a total of nine straight wins this season and they look to extend the streak to 10 when they host Leicester at the Emirates Stadium.
Aside from giving the club the first of its kind since 2007, Unai will be writing history for himself as he has never in his career had 10 straight wins in a row knowing that he has recorded 9 wins with Paris Saint-Germain between March and April in 2017.

The Spanish manager has confessed he is looking forward to breaking his own feat and setting a new one for himself but noted that he will not be concerned about what has happened in the past but will only concentrate on the games ahead and how to win them.
He noted how wrong it is to always look back at what has been achieved in the past as it will only end of causing distraction instead of ensuring a better preparation.
Although, former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger had recorded a total of 13 wins between 2002 and 2003 which makes Emery short of that record. He needs four more wins to be able to achieve that level.
