The president of Serie A side, Torino, has confirmed that Manchester United target Andrea Belotti, has eventually signed a new contract with the Italian club, despite rumours that Manchester United are trying to get his signature for a contract.
This season, the 22-year-old striker has been in outstanding form in front of goal for the Turin side. This has led to widespread rumours that English Premier League giant Manchester United, are interested in signing him to the Old Trafford, and the Italy international could be targeted for a move to Manchester United .
However, Goal Italia has recently reported that Torino president Urbano Cairo just confirmed that Andrea Belotti has renewed his dedication to his current employers.
The official also confirmed that a €100 million (£84 million) release clause is present in the attacker’s contract, which will surely dissuade all of the striker’s suitors.
In just 12 Serie A appearances this season, Andrea Belotti has scored 10 goals. The star player has also been projected to play an important role for the Italian national side in the near future.
Though Manchester United have great strikers such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Wayne Rooney, Coach Jose Mourinho is believed to be very interested in the next transfer market for reinforcements of his forward department.
