Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma appears destined to move away from Stamford Bridge this summer after emerging as a target for a handful of clubs across Europe.
According to new reports, it was said that as many as 20 clubs are interested in securing his services this summer and that West Brom appears to be at the fore front to get him.
Zouma struggled for games in Antonio Conte’s squad last term having only returned from an injury midway through the title winning season.
The 22-year-old arrived at Stamford Bridge as an exciting prospect back in the 2014/15 campaign but things failed to move as expected. But right now, he may need to go out on loan to ensure he is getting regular playing time gaining more experience he needs.
And according to the Daily Mirror, West Brom boss Tony Pulis is determined to take the player for the season, but should be ready to face competition from as much as nineteen other sides.
Clubs like Napoli, Sevilla, Valencia, Inter Milan, and Lyon are part of the clubs said to be after him.
Recently, the Frenchman was asked by the press if he was looking to leave Chelsea, to which he replied that he is very happy at the west London club and do not have any intention to leave.
However, Chelsea have completed the signing of Germany international Antonio Rudiger and the chance of Zouma playing in Antonio Conte’s squad next season is very limited.
