Italian side cut-price to push away United target

Italian Serie A side are reportedly willing to push for a move for their star player Sergej Milinmkovic-Savic away from the club by bringing down his initial asking price.

In a bid to have Sergej Milinmkovic-Savic remain at the Italian side, a £100 million asking price was splashed on him in the last summer transfer window and that was enough to send away top clubs who were seeking for his signature.

English Premier League side Manchester United are believed to be leading in the race for the star player and this could be better news for the Old Trafford side as they seek to have the player again.

It was reported that the likes of Italian champions Juventus, French giants Paris Saint Germain all came knocking for the goal scoring forward but were all sent parking as they failed to meet with the £100 million asking price.

However, the Serie A side are reported to now be willing to do some business by lowering the price to push for a move for the player away and United are now mentioned again as the favourites.

With United feared to lose French star Paul Pogba, Sergej Milinmkovic-Savic could be the best replacement for the Red Devils.
