Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has hinted at a potential summer move to Real Madrid after admitting that he has ‘personal ambitions’ to play for other clubs.
The 26-year-old has been a standout performer for the Blues this season, churning out impressive displays to help his side to the top of the Premier League and has been nominated for the Professional Footballers Association Player of the year award.
Hazard has also been repeated linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu with reports that Real are poised to make him their big-money signing next summer while Zinedine Zidane also remain a keen admirer of the Belgium international.
Following their 2-0 loss to Manchester United at the Old Trafford last Sunday, Hazard might have added more woes to his side’s current worries by admitting he may consider a move away from the Blues.
He said: ‘When it’s not PSG, it’s Real Madrid, then maybe it’s Bayern Munich… strangely last year there wasn’t anybody,’
‘I may also have personal ambitions to play in other clubs. But I’m trying to focus on the present, end up in Chelsea this year. I have a contract until 2020. For now, I’m here and good here.’
Antonio Conte will hope to keep the 26-year-old next summer window, as Chelsea will be competing in the Champions League next season.
