Goal scoring has been Chelsea’s biggest problem in recent matches, but reports suggest they could be set to address their issues in attack.
Manager Antonio Conte has seen his team held to three back-to-back goalless draws across all competitions, which is not desirable as they try to seal a top-four League finish and win some silverware with the Emirates FA Cup and UEFA Champions League.
Spain international striker Alvaro Morata has failed to score in his last three Premier League games, while deputy striker, Belgium international Michy Batshuayi doesn’t look to be getting much of a chance to display what he has to offer.
Antonio Conte has instead deployed Belgian Eden Hazard as a false striker at times, and so it’s obvious that the former Juventus manager could sign another forward.
As reported by The Mirror, West Ham are worried that the England international wants a transfer to Chelsea and could equally lose him, while it’s cited that Belgium forward Batshuayi could move the other way.
Meanwhile, The Sun have claimed that La Liga side Sevilla could sign the want away Chelsea striker on loan, and so there is uncertainty on the details of any Andy Carroll move but there will be worried as far as Mitchy Batshuayi is concerned.
