The report suggests that Verratti was thrilled by Lionel Messi’s performance against Real Madrid last Sunday and has asked his representatives to finalize a deal to see him play alongside the Argentine wizard next season.
It is understood that the Catalan giants are keen on landing a replacement for Andre Iniesta during the summer window.
