Marcus Thuram

English Premier League outfit Arsenal seem to be serious about the capture of Guingamp forward Marcus Thuram and they are set to make an approach for negotiation over a deal ahead of the coming summer transfer window.

The North London outfit are keen to land Marcus Thuram ahead of German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund as they are also reported to be keen on his signature.

The Gunners want to strengthen their team and there are suggestions that manager Unai Emery is keen to land a new attacker to be able to provide the competition for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in the team.

Marcus Thuram is a known name because of his father, Lillian Thuram who was part of the France 1998 World Cup winning team and has been tipped to continue the glory in the game just like his father did.

The young lad has been on the radar of a number of European sides but the North London outfit are hoping they can win the race for his signature ahead of others.

However, manager Unai Emery has been reported to have £40 million available for the summer window but it is claimed that it would be improved upon if he is able to secure qualification to the Champions League next season.
