Deal close! Liverpool finally seen Milner’s replacement

Sandro Tonali

One of Liverpool’s longest-serving midfielders James Milner could end his spell at Anfield by the end of the season as he’s becoming too old to cope with the stressful nature of the League.

The versatile and reliable midfielder is 33-year-old and Klopp is preparing for his departure, though, no report is claiming the player will depart Anfield before the start of next season.

Meanwhile, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is already preparing for life without the former Three Lions captain as he has joined in the race to sign Brescia high-flying youngster Sandro Tonali.

The 18-year-old has featured in 18 games for the Serie A side, scoring once and assisting five goals in the process.

His wonderful form has caught Juventus and Chelsea’s attention and both clubs are showing interest in him.
The Bianconeri have been richly blessed with world-class midfielders at the moment, however, Tonali’s qualities are too obvious to be ignored by Massimiliano Allegri.

Chelsea are also said to be tracking the Italian midfielder as Sarri is yet to find the perfect replacement for Cesc Fabregas.

The Italian manager could be tempted to make an outrageous bid for his services at the ongoing transfer window so as to beat other suitors to his services, that’s according to the Mirror.

Tonali is valued at £35m by transfer market and he still has a contract with the Italian club which runs till 2021 unless his suitors trigger his release clause which is said to be in the region of £45m.
