Arsenal name €50 million for Nicolas Pepe

Arsenal have reportedly named their price for Lille star player Nicolas Pepe as they are believed to be ready to pay the sum of €50 million to have his signature.

Reports from France news outlet Telefoot, say the north London club are desperate to snatch the player from other competitors for his signature after it was revealed that Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also interested in him.

Meanwhile, the three teams are ready to compete in financial strength with the two Germany based team not being threatened by the amount the Gunners are willing to pay because they are ready to match the €50 million fee.

Nicolas Pepe is also interesting clubs from Spain with names including Spanish champions Barcelona, Atletico Madrid being mentioned as he has been in fine form this season for his French side.

In all of these, the North London club have been handed the advantage in the pursuit for the player having told Lille they would return after a failed attempt in the last summer.

The Gunners boss Unai Emery will do all it takes to have the player at the Emirates Stadium so as to provide a cover for Pierre Emerick Aubameyang at the wing.
