Cengiz Under

Arsenal are making effort to capitalise on the financial crisis at Tottenham to capture Cengiz Under who seems destined to be at the other side of the North London.

Tottenham are unable to do transfer business because of the financial burden on the club as a result of the stadium project they embarked upon.

The North London club is the only club that did not participate in the last summer window because of the lack of fund which is obviously getting manager Mauricio Pochettino frustrated as he slammed the club for lacking transfer policies.

According to reports by The Independent, the Tottenham stadium will cost within the region of £600m and they have been forced to borrow an additional £237m for the project.

There is no possibility that they will be able to strike a deal for Under who is also being targeted by Arsenal, Manchester United, Barcelona and Bayern Munich over the past few months.

News outlet, Turkish-Football revealed that the Gunners are making plans to take advantage of the situation at Tottenham to tempt the player away at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Under seems to be helping Arsenal as he is reportedly not satisfied with the €1m per-season offer at Roma and demands an increase.
