4-3-3 Formation: Liverpool Will Be Fine With This Starting XI Vs Southampton

Liverpool thrashed West Ham 4-1 at the London Stadium before the international break, and they will clash next with Southampton at Anfield on Saturday.

Last term, Liverpool played the Saints on four different occasions and they couldn’t even score a single goal. However, we expect things to be different this time around.

And as far the reds team news is concerned, manager Jurgen Klopp can now welcome the duo of Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson back into his squad as they recover from their respective injuries.

Adam has not played a single game this term, and we can expect him to start on the bench.

Club captain Henderson, on the other hand, is likely to start in the DM role.

Klopp Is also expected to include Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the starting XI against the Saints considering the Englishman’s recent form. The former Arsenal player is likely to start in the midfield alongside German midfielder Can

We aren’t expecting Sadio Mane to be part of the party on Saturday, but the trio of Phillipe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah should take care of the attack.

Here is Liverpool’s strongest possible 4-3-3 starting line at Anfield on Saturday.

GK – Mignolet

DL – Moreno

DC – Lovren

DC – Matip

DR – Gomez

DM – Henderson

MC – Can

MC – Alex

WL – Countiho

WR – Salah

FC – Firmino
