The seriousness of Man United in the pursuit of Spanish La Liga outfit Real Betis playmaker Giovani Lo Celso might just be a waste of time with North London outfit Tottenham also interested.
The Red Devils have got all it takes to snap up the signature of Giovani Lo Celso but it has been revealed, according to The Express, that he could give his nod to Tottenham for just one reason.
The report explained that Giovani Lo Celso is a big fan of Mauricio Pochettino and that could play a role in influencing his decision for a move out of Real Betis.

Just like Belgium international Eden Hazard who insisted on a move to Real Madrid because of manager Zinedine Zidane, Giovani Lo Celso could also make such decision because of the Argentine.
It is therefore not clear the seriousness of the Red Devils on the Star Player. There is an obvious reason for Man United to bring in new and quality players ahead of the coming season.
However, some names are expected to leave the Old Trafford as soon as the coming summer transfer window is fully opened to enable manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rebuild the team.
