Why Solskjaer cannot be judged by tactics
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been hailed for doing the magic of transforming the Man United side from a struggling team to a winning side since taking over the job.
With a number of defeats suffered under his reign, former manager Jose Mourinho was sacked by the club and was immediately replaced by the former Red Devils’ boss. It did not take him a game to return the team back to winning ways.
Under his reign, United have only recorded a defeat against PSG in the Champions League but they have gone all the way to reaching the quarter-finals of the competition as well as finding their way into the top four in the Premier League table.
However, pundits have established that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should not be hailed for employing the right and best tactics to win games, rather it should be known that he has been able to achieve all of the success because he backs and trust his players.
This has been indirectly confirmed by the players like Paul Pogba who hailed the coach for giving the freedom to the players on the pitch to express themselves.
Meanwhile, the United interim boss would soon be the permanent manager of the club according to feelers as he deserves it.
