Although the summer transfer window is closing on the 9th of August, English football club, Arsenal could be looking forward to adding a new player to their squad.

An ex-player of the Gunners, Stewart Robson have urged the club to sign France international Steven Nzonzi to the English club.

Robson, who during his time at Arsenal played as a midfielder has called on his former club to replace Granit Xhaka with Steven Nzonzi.

The former midfielder, however, acknowledged the new signings Unai Emery had made to change the club’s past style of play.

Stephen Nzonzi shares a past with the Gunners new coach, Unai Emery as the two had once worked together at Sevilla.

The France international was among the players who played in the world cup final match against Croatia.

Although he only played in the second half of the match, his presence was felt.

The France international could land at Emirate since he has already played under Emery in the past.
