Surprise! Arsenal eye Premier League star as Alexis Sanchez replacement

As per reports, Arsenal supporters could be in for a hectic couple of winter transfer windows with so many activities being suggested.

There are so many uncertainties at the Emirates Stadium currently, particularly considering that Mesut Ozil and Alexis will see their contracts expire at the conclusion of the campaign.

With no contract renewal in view, it means both players could leave for nothing in the summer, and that could force the Gunners into action to find a suitable replacement.

As reported by The Daily Star, Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha is being identified as a possible replacement for Alexis Sanchez, who is believed to be keen on a move to Premier League table-toppers Manchester City.

While Wilfried Zaha is nowhere close to the same level as the former Barcelona forward, the 25-year-old Chilean has continued to perform well for the side after his failed spell at Manchester United, and he has now scored four goals and made two assists in 14 matches so far this campaign.

Considering the pace, and attacking threat that he has, he would be a good addition to the Arsenal team, but it remains to be discovered if the forward is indeed given the responsibility of filling the boots of Sanchez next campaign as Arsene Wenger would surely require more from the forward to fill those massive boots.
