Arsenal eye £30million move for Chelsea outcast to solve defensive problems

Arsenal are tipped to bid £30million to attempt to price centre-half David Luiz away from Stamford Bridge, with the Brazilian international defender having his problems with injury setbacks and manager Antonio Conte this term, according to The Mirror.
