Serge Gnaby: why Arsenal have got big problem

North London outfit Arsenal have been struggling to keep quality players at the Emirates Stadium over the years and the development keeps on hunting the team later on.

Germany international Serge Gnaby is one of the latest testimonies to this especially after he was seen on the pitch for German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich in the Champions League tie against Liverpool.

The youngster has now matured in his game and proved a bigger quality than he was known for at the North London outfit before he was shown the way out.

With what he played against the Merseyside club, it was clear evidence that the star player has one of the biggest potentials in Europe to identify with but sadly he has been lost by the Gunners team.

It has been suggested that Nigerian international Alex Iwobi got the nod for Arsenal in place of Serge Gnaby but there can be arguments at the present o the performance of them both and form.

However, cases like Serge Gnaby should be avoided especially in terms of being patient with players and identifying their potentials no matter how hidden they might be.

Liverpool’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is another testimony of a young player who could not earn the patience at the Emirates Stadium but turned out to be a better player immediately after his exit.
