Pogba’s agent could stop United’s dream signing
Manchester United’s dream signing and Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt could end up not joining the Old Trafford side because of Mino Raiola, Paul Pogba’s agent.
De Legt is being admired by Manchester United and they have muted having his signature in the summer but that could suffer a setback, knowing he shares same agent with the French midfielder.
Raiola has not had a good history at United from the days of Alex Ferguson and the situation seem unmanaged with the controversies at the club involving former Juventus midfielder, Pogba.
The Agent is of the opinion that his player is unfairly treated by the Red Devils and manager Jose Mourinho hence, having another player go the same direction could be impossible.
Raiola is reported to be making move to end his relationship with Manchester United by forcing a move for his player away from the club but that has not worked with the Red Devils’ executive vice-chairman insisting the player will remain at the club.
The agent is reported to have contacted Spanish giants, Barcelona and also held talks with Juventus to ensure the World Cup winner finds his way out of the Old Trafford.
Pogba is also believed to be tired at the club and wants out.
