Finalist contender in the UEFA Champions League last season, Liverpool will be having their first shot in the English Premier League on Sunday as they face West Ham – Official Website.

Liverpool was named the club that made the highest signings in the summer transfer window as they spent over £170 million.

The Reds signed four new players which include, Nabir Keita, Fabinho, Shaqiri and Alisson Becker and all of these players happen to be important players.

Their German coach is determined to correct the many wrongs that occurred last season especially in the final of the UEFA Champions League against Real Madrid.

However, as it is known that the way an event would end will be known from the beginning, Liverpool will be playing against West Ham on Sunday but Klopp his confused about the players to start with as some of the senior players have one injury or the other.

According to report, Klavan, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip all are on injury and are likely not to start in the game against the Hammers.

This latest development have left Klopp with only one fit centre-back, Virgil van Dijk to start with against West Ham.

Some other players having issues include Lovren who just resume from his World Cup holiday and also the new signing, Fabinho is not feeling too well.
