Agent of FIFA Award winner set to discuss with club about Arsenal star’s future

The Agent of Arsenal ace Olivier Giroud is expected to have discussions with the club about the players future in north London.

This is as per the Mirror, who express that the forward has just started a game in the English Premier League for Arsene Wenger’s side this season, and that the player himself has perceived that this failure to seal regular shirt isn’t doing his odds of making France’s FIFA World Cup squad next year any great.

The news outlet linked him with moves to both West Ham and Everton during the summer, so it’s safe to expect those two sides will watch out for how the talks between the two camps go.

Giroud, 31, has netted four goals in 15 matches for Arsenal this term, however, he has just been on the pitch for 359 minutes in those 15 games.

The France international striker has likewise been in good form in the UEFA Europa League, scoring three goals in six matches.

Since joining from French side Montpellier in the late spring of 2012, he has scored 105 times and assisted 41 times in that period.

Should discussions with Giroud’s agent go bad, it’ll be worth watching out for what occurs next with the player’s future, and whether he remains in north London past next summer.
