Manchester United to Make Wholesome Change to Their Squad in The Summer

Manchester United manager José Mourinho could be adding some players to his squad in the summer as confirmed by United forward Romelu Lukaku.

The former Everton striker revealed to reporters that the Portuguese tactician will hope to maintain the club’s reputation as one of the best clubs in the continent next season by signing more quality players during the next transfer market.

Though the Red Devils are currently behind Manchester City in the Premier League standings, there are speculated unrest in the team’s dressing room and that have been largely blamed for their recent poor run of results including their 2-1 home defeat to Sevilla last week.

In his bid to improve his team’s performance ahead and for next season, José Mourinho is reportedly eyeing summer moves for more players.

Mourinho has been linked with a move for Tottenham’s defender Toby Alderweireld and he could be heading to Old Trafford in the summer, though it’s yet to be seen whether the Portuguese manager would pull out of the race for his signature so as to capture his longtime target Danny Rose, who is also a Tottenham defender.

Alex Sandro is another player who could be seen in Mourinho’s starting lineup in the summer. The Juventus defender has been a standout performer for the Scudetto Champions this season and he is set to be out of contract by the end of this current campaign.

Despite admitting his plans not to bring another striker into the team ahead of next season, Mourinho is currently being linked with a move for Real Madrid forward James Rodriguez, who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich.
