French World Cup winner N’Golo Kante has surprisingly been revealed as the player with the most fines at Chelsea.
The revelation was made by his Chelsea teammates Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi in a chat with AM Soccer.
According to both players, N’Golo Kante is always late for team meetings and team engagements.
When asked about the Chelsea players with managerial traits, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi mentioned both Cesar Azpilicueta and David Luiz.
N’Golo Kante is a surprising outcome as the most fined Chelsea player due to the fact that the Frenchman is a soft-spoken individual that goes about his job effectively.
He rose to prominence at Premier League club Leicester City after he played a major role in the Foxes’ stunning league win during the 2015/16 season under Claudio Ranieri.
The achievement of Kante and Leicester City is widely regarded as one of the greatest sporting achievements in recent times.
Kante moved to Chelsea from Leicester City in a £32m deal in the summer of 2016 before helping the Blues to the league title in his first season as a Chelsea player under the guidance of Italian tactician Antonio Conte.
N’Golo Kante was in the 23-man French national team squad that won the World Cup title in Russia last summer.
