Liverpool have spent a total of £170 million on Transfer as they take on West Ham on Sunday

The 2018/19 season of the English Premier League is about to go down and football club, Liverpool, have been listed as the club that spent the most just two days to the end of the transfer window.

Liverpool have spent a total of £170 million to buy not just ordinary players but World Class players.

The Jurgen Klopp side have done some major changes that will see them land a major trophy in the coming season.

They were close to lifting the UEFA Champions League in Kiev last season but had lost it to Real Madrid instead.

So far Liverpool have signed Naby Keita, Fabinho, Shaqiri and Allison Becker (a replacement for Karius).

Football fans are expecting much more from Liverpool this season.

However, they will have their first shot of the game against another club, West Ham, who are 13th on the EPL table but have also spent close to £100 million so far in the transfer window.

The Hammers are looking out to performing better this season having signed Andriy Yarmolenko, Lukasz Fabianski and Fabian Balbuena to their side.

They also signed Jack Wilshere and Ryan Fredericks on free transfers.

This will be Liverpool first game that will determine how far they can go into the EPL and other tournaments.
