Mo Salah and Sadio Mane

Liverpool are doing well on-and-off the pitch. They are topping the league standing and they’re likely to break their barren run in terms of silverware.

The most impressive achievements made by Jurgen Klopp this season is the manner with which he has made his players extend their contracts.

Last season, there were rumours surrounding the future of most of his star players, including Mane and Salah, due to their wonderful form throughout the season.

Some media linked Salah with a move to Real Madrid, while others said Sadio Mane could be on his way to Barcelona prior to the start of this term.

After all of the rumours, the Reds were able to make both players commit their respective futures to the team. Salah signed a four-year deal at the early stages of the season and Mane signed a new five year contract to end speculations.

At the turn of the year, the Reds had already seen two players extended their stay at Anfield.

Full-back Robertson signed a five year contract, two weeks ago, which will keep him under Klopp’s tutelage till 2024.

Just like the England international, 21-year-old right-back Alexander-Arnold equally signed a new deal with the team last week.

The player who is nursing a knee injury was awarded a new contract by the club and he gladly accepted the offer.

It’s the turn of a very young starlet Neco Williams to commit his long-term future to the Merseyside club.

The youngster began his Liverpool career at the age of 9, where he joined the club’s academy. He started as a right-winger but as a result of the latest trend in football, he was converted into a right-back who will defend and also join the team while attacking.

According to him while signing his first professional career, the 17-year-old is very glad to continue his rise with the club and he can’t wait to make his first-team debut soon
