In the world of football, for a club to win more league trophies, they must be willing to spend more on new players.
Most of the richest football clubs last season turned out to be the ones that won more trophies.
Signing a new player has changed from what it used to be in the past as the various transfer fee has soared higher.
This comes after French club, Paris Saint Germain had gone ahead to table over £200 million to Barcelona over Neymar Jnr.
